Job summary

GSK US is seeking an Immunization Specialist to drive HCP engagement and vaccine uptake across Dallas-area adult accounts. The role partners with Vaccine Account Manager and other field leaders to ensure compliant, impactful campaigns and education about GSK vaccines.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in vaccines or pharmaceutical sales, a bachelor's degree, and the ability to travel locally. This field-based role requires strong clinical fluency, customer-focused selling, and CRM documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Ability to travel locally and regionally; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive HCP demand and communicate product value for vaccines.
• Engage with internal medicine, family practice, and health departments.
• Support educational programs, conventions, and speaker events.
• Tailor engagement strategies to local practice dynamics and HCP needs.
• Collaborate with Vaccine Account Managers to drive product pull-through.
• Maintain CRM documentation and ensure compliance.
• Provide actionable field insights to inform local strategy.
