The position requires 2+ years in B2B or pharmaceutical sales, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Ability to travel locally and regionally as required for customer engagement; occasional overnights and weekend travel.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive (essential function of this role).
• Selected candidate hired at appropriate level based on experience: Immunization Specialist (grade 8) or Senior Immunization Specialist (grade 7).

Responsibilities

• Engage HCPs across internal medicine, family practice and health departments to communicate clinical value of GSK vaccines.
• Build and maintain deep expertise in vaccine therapeutic areas, GSK products and competitors.
• Support peer-to-peer educational programs, conventions, and speaker events to enhance vaccine awareness and recommendations.
• Tailor engagement strategies based on local practice dynamics and HCP/account needs.
• Ensure pull through across adult segments for both private and public vaccination, including stocking and in-office vaccination.
• Partner with Vaccine Account Managers to drive product pull through within Public Awardees and Health Systems.
• Influence uptake of publicly funded vaccines by engaging with HCPs/staff and health department.
• Identify and address barriers to contract execution and utilization; provide actionable feedback.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and activity records per compliance.
