Job summary

GSK is seeking an Immunization Specialist to engage healthcare providers across Champaign, IL and surrounding areas, educating staff on disease prevention and the vaccine portfolio. The role emphasizes translating clinical data into meaningful conversations to drive immunization uptake.

You will collaborate with Vaccine Account Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant execution and achieve territory targets while maintaining CRM accuracy and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Ability to travel locally and regionally as required for customer engagement. Occasional overnights and weekend travel.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to drive (essential function of this role)
• The selected candidate will be hired at the appropriate level based on experience: Immunization Specialist (grade 8) or Senior Immunization Specialist (grade 7)

Responsibilities

• Engage HCPs to communicate vaccine value using approved materials.
• Build vaccine product knowledge and competitive awareness.
• Support peer-to-peer educational programs and events to enhance vaccine awareness and recommendation.
• Tailor engagement strategies based on local practice dynamics and HCP/account needs.
• Drive product pull-through across private and public vaccination.
• Partner with Vaccine Account Managers to drive product pull-through within contracts.
• Educate/HCPs on HS policies and contract execution.
• Identify and address barriers to contract execution and utilization.
• Provide actionable field insights to inform local strategy and optimize resources
