Job summary

WORK INCORPORATED seeks a Licensed Clinician to provide independent clinical support for adults with ID/DD in residential and day programs. You will conduct FBAs, develop individualized PBIS-based behavior support plans, and monitor plan effectiveness with interdisciplinary teams to ensure person-centered, trauma-informed care.

The role emphasizes collaboration, training, and mentorship across programs, while maintaining regulatory compliance and staff competency in PBIS and incident reporting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field.
• Independent or associate licensure (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, or BCBA) or actively pursuing licensure.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in ID/DD or related settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical support to adults with ID/DD in residential/day programs.
• Conduct FBAs and develop PBIS-based behavior support plans.
• Monitor effectiveness of behavior supports and adjust plans with teams.
