Benchmark Human Services seeks a Behavioral Clinician to provide consultation and best-practice recommendations to IDD/BH providers, delivering trauma-informed and person-centered care across the provider network. This full-time role blends remote and in-person work with travel as needed to support teams.

The ideal candidate holds a master's degree in a relevant field, is licensed or eligible (LPC or LCSW), and brings strong experience in crisis de-escalation and behavior support planning to

Competenze

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, social work or related field.
• Licensed as LPC or LCSW.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with behavior supports for IDD.
• Trained in crisis de-escalation.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Experience with crisis and disability services.
• Knowledge of privacy and confidentiality rules.

Mansioni

• Respond to referrals promptly as assigned by Team Lead or Director.
• Complete psychosocial needs assessments to identify strengths and opportunities for IDD and BH providers to improve behavioral supports.
• Develop and provide training on person-centered supports, trauma-informed care, and crisis supports.
• Assist with development, implementation, and monitoring of Person-Centered Plans and Crisis Safety Plans.
• Provide back-up support to BCBAs and RBTs to assist providers with development, implementation, and monitoring of Behavior Support Plans.
• Participate during provider wraparound and consultation meetings by reporting assessment results and offering rationale for best practice recommendations.
• Provide direct behavioral health interventions to clients consistent with credential/licensure.
• Provide assessments consistent with credential/licensure.
• Provide clinical supervision to practitioners pursuing licensures.
• Collaborate with and regularly update Director and other members of capacity-building crisis support team.
• Attend all agency, departmental, and client-specific meetings as directed.
