Job summary

People Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Intervention Specialist to support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities through person-centered, trauma-informed behavioral services.

If you are a BCBA, LMHC, LCSW, or master’s level clinician who wants to focus on meaningful behavioral work, this role offers collaboration, stability, and impact. You will serve as the clinical lead for behavioral supports within assigned programs, improving quality of life outcomes for people served.

Qualifications

• Must hold one of the listed professional qualifications.
• Experience with behavioral data collection and intervention planning is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional Behavior Assessments.
• Develop and revise Behavior Support Plans.
• Provide hands-on coaching and modeling to DSPs and program leads.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions accordingly.
