Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a master’s level license or be a psychologist.
• Experience delivering evidence-based group therapies.
• Prior work in PHP/IOP, partial hospitalization, or inpatient settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group therapy sessions using CBT/DBT and other evidence-based modalities.
• Develop therapeutic relationships and adapt content to group needs.
• Document in EMR and communicate clinical information during rounds.
• Create and update treatment plans and participate in professional development.
