Job summary

Compass Health Center in Chicago is seeking a licensed clinician to manage the Young Child Program, overseeing group therapy for ages 5-10 and mentoring a team of therapists.

This role combines direct clinical work with leadership responsibilities, including curriculum development, crisis intervention, supervision, and collaboration with other program leaders to ensure high-quality PHP and IOP care.

Qualifications

• Master's level clinician with 3+ years of post-master's clinical experience
• Licensure as PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT or LCPC is required
• Experience supervising mental health workers and leading teams
• Knowledge of CBT, ACT, and DBT and crisis intervention

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality of care for the Young Child Program (PHP/IOP)
• Develop and refine group curriculum and materials
• Lead, supervise and mentor group therapists and staff
• Provide group therapy and, as needed, primary individual therapy
• Engage in crisis management and professional development activities
• Hire staff and deliver performance reviews for the team
• Collaborate with other program leaders within Chicago facility and Compass
