Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients. Under Therapy Leadership, you will supervise patients, rehab technicians, and PT assistants in accordance with state practice acts, with a focus on compassion and Mercy standards.

Qualifications include a current state PT license, BLS certification, and six months to one year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current State license of Physical Therapy.
• BLS certification required and current.
• Six months to one year rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Experience caring for adult and geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment programs.
• Provide direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision to rehabilitation technicians.
• Supervise PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts.
