Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients. You will supervise patients and rehabilitation staff, including PT assistants, in line with Mercy standards and state practice acts.

This role requires a PT credential (Bachelor/Master or DPT) and a current/temporary license, plus BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
• Licensure: Current/Temporary license of Physical Therapy in state of practice.
• Certifications: BLS certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Provide direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians.
• Oversee rehabilitation staff, including PT assistants, in accordance with state practice acts and Mercy standards.
