Friendship Community Care, Inc. is seeking an Adult Development (AD) Manager for the Rogers, AR day program. The role oversees AD activities, supervises instructors and service coordinators, and ensures compliance with licensing guidelines.

You will work to maintain accurate client records and coordinate program operations. The position emphasizes collaboration with administrative staff, stakeholders, and community partners to deliver quality services within regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Five years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of licensing guidelines (DDS/Medicaid/DOL).
• Ability to supervise staff and manage program operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all AD activities and supervise instructors and service coordinators.
• Ensure IPP and quarterly progress reports meet licensing requirements.
• Maintain client records to DDS/Medicaid/DOL specifications.
• Conduct monthly audits of AD files for compliance.
• Develop calendars and curriculum for AD classes and events.
• Assist with budgeting and financials for the AD program.
• Lead weekly meetings with STAR management and program staff.
