Job summary

Spread Your Wings Inc. seeks a Program Manager for an Adult Day Program. The role requires oversight of direct care staff, data-driven client progress tracking, and ongoing supervision of daily operations Monday through Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm.

The position emphasizes ABA program design, staff development, and compliance with safety protocols. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in psychology or related field, 1+ year in ABA program design or ISP/IFSP writing, staff supervision experience, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, or related field; Experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience implementing and designing ABA programs or writing IFSP/ISP.
• Minimum 1 year experience supervising and managing staff.
• First Aid and CPR certification within 30 days after hire.
• Must have fingerprint clearance through DOJ and FBI.
• Health screening including tuberculosis test within the specified time frame.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs and assist individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train direct care staff on client goals.
• Create data sheets for client goals.
• Track progress of all clients enrolled in services.
• Check fidelity of implementation and data accuracy.
• Document clinical work (data sheets, meeting agendas, progress reports).
• Continuously design and create individualized plans for all clients.
• Write daily progress notes and summaries of all clients.
• Teach and model implementation of programs as written in ISP.
• Conduct performance reviews of staff as scheduled.
• Provide ongoing supervision and support to direct care staff.
• Report incidents to police and Adult Protective Services as required.
• Assist clients with self-care needs, including hygiene and incontinence.
