The J is seeking a Lead Program Assistant to oversee a team of DSPs delivering day services for Connections and IN programs. You will supervise staffing, assist the Program Manager, and help participants achieve individualized goals through structured activities and behavior support.

Responsibilities include onboarding, coaching, daily documentation, and collaboration with the Adult Day Center team to maintain compliance and deliver high-quality care.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required; related Bachelor's preferred.
• 3+ years of experience with developmentally/intellectually disabled, elderly or medically frail populations.
• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical conditions common in elderly/disabled populations.

Mansioni

• Lead and supervise Program Assistants I/II to ensure quality support.
• Assist Program Manager with daily center operations and staffing.
• Develop social stories and behavioral strategies to meet goals.
• Support participants in group activities, including mobility and meals.
• Document observations to maintain licensure and contracts.
• Intervene in crisis situations and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team.
