Help For Brain Injured Children, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Adult Day Program, overseeing administration, coordination, compliance, and daily operations. You will supervise staff, ensure program quality, and uphold the nonprofit’s mission in California.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a human development field and at least five years in human services with supervisory experience. Knowledge of CA CCR titles and the Lanterman Act is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in psychology, sociology, social work, liberal arts or related field.
• Minimum of five years in human services with management experience.
• Knowledge of Title 22 CCR, Title 17 CCR, and Lanterman Act.
• First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Non-violent crisis intervention certification or willingness to train
• Ability to complete 30 CEUs every 24 months

Mansioni

• Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance across federal, state, and local laws affecting Adult Day Programs.
• Lead onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training of staff.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate program activities for quality and outcomes.
• Oversee participant intake, assessments, admissions, transitions, and discharges.
• Coordinate safety, emergency preparedness, and incident response processes.
• Assist in budgeting, monitoring expenditures, and resource planning.
• Build partnerships with community organizations, employers, volunteers, and service providers.
