Job summary

Family Bridges, Inc. seeks an ADHC Administrator to oversee two Adult Day Health Care Centers, ensuring program quality, regulatory compliance, attendance, and staff supervision.

The role reports to executives and supports growth aligned with the nonprofit’s mission. The Administrator will manage budgets, staffing, and licensing matters, collaborating with government agencies and partner networks to sustain high-quality services for diverse clients within California.

Qualifications

• At least 8 to 10 years of supervisory experience.
• Degree in social work, health, or a related field.
• Extensive experience with adult day health care programs.
• Skilled in managing conflicts and supervising multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of Medi-Cal regulations is desirable.
• Excellent compassionate communication skills.
• Familiarity with senior services for clients with limited English proficiency is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Cantonese is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the ADHC Program Directors and Clinical Supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with Department of Health Services and Medi-Cal regulations.
• Oversee licensure and activities related to licensing surveys.
• One point-of-contact with Government Agencies.
• Maintain and strengthen collaborative relationships with the ADHC network and partners.
• Establish annual and bi-annual budgets, manage procurements, and oversee facilities’ maintenance.
• Oversee ADA of the two centers according to the yearly budget.
• Develop staffing plans and hire for the two ADHC programs; conduct annual performance reviews.
• Ensure timely, accurate submissions of Treatment Authorization Request (TARS).
• Oversee the efficiency and quality of all departmental activities (Nursing, Social Work, Nutrition, Activities, Rehab, Admin, Drivers, Program Aides).
• Oversee Intake & Assessment meetings and ensure reviews are completed and documented on time.
• Coordinate regular in-service staff training for licensing.
• Other duties as assigned by the Administrator.
• Maintain and update the centers’ policies and procedures annually.
• Other dedications directed by the Chief Operating Officer.
