Job summary

Spread Your Wings LLC is hiring for a full-time 1:1 Support Staff in San Jose, CA to assist adults with developmental disabilities in a community-based day program. The role operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with some variation in hours.

Pay ranges from $21.00 to $24.00 per hour, with entry-level friendly requirements. You will provide 1:1 support, assist with daily living activities, accompany participants on community outings, and implement behavior support plans while

• Able to work independently in community settings.

• Able to pass background check & Live Scan
