Spread Your Wings, LLC is seeking Direct Care Staff for Supported Living Services in San Jose, CA. Roles are available part-time and full-time with no previous experience required because training is provided.

You will work one-on-one with clients to support independent living skills and behavior management, in a mission-driven team environment. Responsibilities include planning schedules, documenting progress, and delivering compassionate, patient care.

Formación

• No experience required; training provided.
• Experience with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges is a plus, not required.

Direct Care Staff -Supported Living Services (Part-Time & Full-Time)

No Experience Needed- We will Train! | Location: San Jose, CA

What You’ll Do:

• Support clients with independent living skills (cooking, budgeting, hygiene)
• Assist clients with developmental disabilities & behavioral challenges
• Plan and organize schedules to promote goal achievement
• Document client progress via case notes

Who You Are:

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communicator & problem solver
• Comfortable working independently in one-on-one settings
• Behavioral health experience a plus, but not required
