Job summary

Spread Your Wings, LLC in San Jose, CA is seeking Direct Care Staff for Supported Living Services in both part-time and full-time roles. You will assist clients with independent living skills and daily living activities in a one-on-one setting.

No experience is required—we provide training. Compensation ranges from $19.25 to $19.50 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement for drivers, accrued sick time, mentorship, and opportunities for career growth while making a real difference in people’s lives.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communicator and problem solver.
• Comfortable working independently in one-on-one settings.
• Behavioral health experience a plus, but not required.
