Job summary

Empowered Milestones, LLC is hiring for an Adult Day Program staff member in Ukiah, CA to provide 1:1 support and assist with daily living activities in a community-based setting. You will help participants participate in outings, implement behavior support plans, and ensure safety, engagement, and well-being throughout the day.

The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• Patient, dependable, and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving or behavioral support preferred.
• Able to pass background check and Live Scan.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to a participant throughout the day.
• Assist with daily living activities (hygiene, meals, mobility).
• Support participation in community outings (parks, stores, libraries).
• Implement behavior support plans and redirect as needed.
• Ensure safety, engagement, and well-being at all times.
• Provide transportation to support the participant.
