Spread Your Wings, LLC. is seeking compassionate Direct Care Staff to provide one-on-one support to adults with developmental disabilities in Santa Cruz County. You’ll help clients build independence, learn daily living skills, and participate in community activities.

Positions available for both full-time and part-time schedules. We offer paid sick time, mileage reimbursement, ongoing training, mentorship, and opportunities for career advancement in a supportive team environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with current insurance.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to work throughout Santa Cruz County.
• Ability to pass a background check in accordance with state requirements.
• Basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Word, and data entry.

Pay & Perks

• $19.50 – $21.00per hour
• Paid sick time
• Mileage reimbursement

Full-Time Benefits

• Time-and-a-half pay for approved holiday hours worked
• Benefits available in 30 days or less

Essential Responsibilities
