May Institute in Raynham, MA seeks an Adult Day Habilitation Service Manager to lead and supervise staff, oversee daily operations, and deliver person-centered services.

In this full-time role, you will coordinate ISPs and DHSPs, participate in interdisciplinary meetings, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a collaborative, mission-driven culture while supporting independence and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with autism/ID in human services or day program.
• Ability to lead independently and collaborate with a team.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to person-centered, mission-driven care.

Responsibilities

• Lead & supervise direct care and program staff to deliver high-quality services.
• Oversee daily program operations including staffing, scheduling, documentation, and safety.
• Oversee ISPs and DHSPs to support skill development and independence.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and provide hands-on support as needed.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations, funder requirements and May Institute policies.
• Foster a respectful, collaborative, and accountable team culture aligned with May Institute’s mission.
