Job summary

May Institute in Raynham, MA is seeking a Director of Day Services to oversee the Adult Day Habilitation Program, ensure service quality, and maintain compliance with MassHealth and DPH regulations. You will lead staff, coordinate scheduling, and supervise therapeutic activities designed to boost independence in self-care and daily living.

The role requires collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and reporting to the Center Vice President.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field is strongly preferred.
• Minimum three years of healthcare experience, including supervisory roles.
• Knowledge of MassHealth and DPH regulations.

Responsibilities

• Hire and supervise staff and take appropriate personnel actions.
• Oversee scheduling and staffing continuity.
• Oversee therapeutic programming to increase independence in self-care and daily living.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop goals and procedures.
• Ensure individual plans and behavioral goals are implemented.
• Document progress and maintain records per regulations.
• Oversee program finances and budgeting.
• Manage emergency preparedness and incident reporting.
