Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with 1+ year of driving experience.
• Strong interpersonal, reliability, and adaptability.
• Experience supporting individuals with special needs preferred but not required.
• Able to pass a comprehensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in daily activities, group sessions, and outings to achieve personal goals.
• Encourage development in communication, socialization, recreation, and vocational readiness.
• Promote independence and self-advocacy in a respectful environment.
• Assist with personal care needs such as meals, hygiene, and mobility.
