Job summary

ASI-NE in the Lewiston/Auburn area is seeking a compassionate Case Manager to help individuals achieve goals and build independent lives. You’ll coach, advocate, and connect clients with community resources while collaborating with families and providers to remove barriers to independence.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, no nights or weekends, and a supportive team focused on meaningful impact and growth within the Androscoggin County community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• MHRT-C or MHRT-C Provisional Certification (or eligible to obtain).
• Experience in behavioral health, mental health, social services, or human services.
• At least 1 year supporting individuals with mental illness or developmental disabilities.
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

What You'll Be Doing

You're a Great Fit If You:

• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Hold an MHRT-C or MHRT-C Provisional Certification (or are eligible to obtain MHRT-C)
• Have experience in behavioral health, mental health, social services, or human services
• Have at least one year of experience supporting individuals with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities
• Enjoy building relationships and solving problems
• Can work independently while also being a great teammate
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
