Job summary

ASI-NE in the Greater Waterville Area, Maine seeks a compassionate Case Manager to help individuals identify goals, connect with resources, and advocate for independence. You’ll be a coach, ally, and problem solver in a supportive, team-based setting.

This full-time role offers Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, a $1,500 sign-on bonus, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 403(b), PTO, and EAP. MHRT-C certification preferred; valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• MHRT-C certification required or eligible to obtain MHRT-C.
• Experience in behavioral health or human services.
• At least 1 year supporting individuals with mental illness or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify goals with clients and create plans for success.
• Link clients to community resources and services.
• Advocate for clients and remove barriers to independence.
• Collaborate with providers, families, and support networks.
• Support skill building, recovery, and personal growth.
• Maintain accurate documentation and service records.
• Celebrate client victories and progress.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Case Manager, you'll be more than a service provider; you'll be a coach, advocate, problem solver, and trusted support person.

• Help individuals identify goals and create plans for success
• Connect people with community resources and support services
• Advocate for clients and help remove barriers to independence
• Partner with providers, families, and support networks
• Support skill building, recovery, and personal growth
• Maintain quality documentation and service records
• Celebrate victories, big and small, with the people you support

You're a Great Fit If You:

• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Hold an MHRT-C or MHRT-C Provisional Certification (or are eligible to obtain MHRT-C)
• Have experience in behavioral health, mental health, social services, or human services
• Have at least one year of experience supporting individuals with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities
• Enjoy building relationships and solving problems
• Can work independently while also being a great teammate
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
