Job summary
ASI-NE in Greene, Maine is seeking a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician (MHRT) to support adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses in meaningful daily activities.
Starting pay is $18.00/hour with paid training and a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, Life and Disability coverage, a 403(b) plan, and other employee perks. The role follows first shift hours with Sundays and Mondays off.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
- Valid Maine Driver's License.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Careful, compassionate and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Help adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses live meaningful, independent lives.
- Assist with learning new skills, attending community events and personal goals.
- Support daily activities and promote safety and inclusion.
