Job summary
ASI-NE provides residential group homes and community support services to adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses. Our mission: "Supporting people to experience meaningful lives." We are hiring Mental Health Rehabilitation Technicians (MHRTs) for 2nd shift in Waterville, Maine.
No experience needed — paid training provided. Enjoy a Thursday–Monday schedule with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off, and execute compassionate, person-centered care in a supportive, mission-driven
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must have a valid Maine driver’s license and be insurable.
- Must pass a satisfactory driving record check.
- Must attend all mandatory trainings and staff meetings.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
- Compassionate, professional, and dependable attitude.

You will support individuals in a residential setting within the greater Waterville community.
All mandatory trainings take place in Androscoggin County. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel are required.
This MHRT position offers a Thursday-Monday schedule, which means you'll enjoy Tuesdays and Wednesdays off every week.
While everyone else is fighting weekend crowds, you'll be: Running errands in peace. Shopping when stores are quiet. Enjoying attractions with fewer people. Taking care of appointments without using vacation time.
