ASI-NE in the Greater Waterville Area, Maine is hiring a Case Manager. You'll help individuals overcome challenges, connect with resources, and advocate for independence.

This full-time role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, a $1,500 sign-on bonus, and a supportive team environment.

Essential qualifications include a High School Diploma and MHRT-C certification, plus experience in behavioral health, with strong documentation and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in behavioral health or related field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Case Manager, you'll be more than a service provider; you'll be a coach, advocate, problem solver, and trusted support person.

You'll:

• Help individuals identify goals and create plans for success

• Partner with providers, families, and support networks
• Support skill building, recovery, and personal growth
• Maintain quality documentation and service records

You're a Great Fit If You:

• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Hold an MHRT-C or MHRT-C Provisional Certification (or are eligible to obtain MHRT-C)
• Have experience in behavioral health, mental health, social services, or human services
• Have at least one year of experience supporting individuals with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities
• Enjoy building relationships and solving problems
• Can work independently while also being a great teammate
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
