Job summary

Sevita’s NeuroRestorative division seeks a Behavior Analyst to work with adults in an intensive behavioral program. You’ll conduct assessments, develop skills-focused plans, and collaborate with clinical staff to support independence and community participation.

Full-time on-site role in Sarasota, requiring BCBA-credential preference and experience with crisis intervention or staff training. Comprehensive benefits, career development, and teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience with special populations (crisis intervention, staff training, or program development).
• BCBA certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, current vehicle registration, and insurance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and identify factors contributing to challenging behaviors.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support and treatment plans.
• Observe, analyze, and document behavioral progress.
• Collaborate with individuals and staff to promote positive behaviors and quality of life.
• Address behavioral challenges in home, work, and community using clinical expertise.
• Train and coach team members on behavioral strategies and plan implementation.
• Evaluate outcomes and adjust interventions based on progress.
