Avita Community Partners is currently recruiting for a BCBA to manage an Adult Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) crisis wing in our Behavioral Health Crisis Center (BHCC). The BHCC offers services 24/7, including crisis walk-ins, 23 hour observation, and crisis stabilization.
The position will be 28 hours per week with 8 hours flexible on-site or remote, and there is no minimum productivity requirement. GA licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) is required.

Experience working with adults, working with individuals with challenging behavior, and/or writing behavior plans is recommended, but not required. GA state licensure (Licensed Behavior Analyst - LBA) is required.
