Job summary

IX Solutions Consulting team supports the delivery of technical solutions for publishers across Sales, Account Management, Software Development, and Marketing. As a Solutions Consultant, you will assist in onboarding publishers, manage publisher accounts, troubleshoot issues, and use Looker and other BI tools to optimize outcomes.

You will engage with clients through email, tickets, and video calls, participate in QBRs, and stay current on product releases and procedures to drive success.

Qualifications

• College degree in CS, Eng, or related field.
• 3–6 years in Ad Operations or similar role.
• Familiarity with ad tech, tags, pixels, and HTTP.
• Ability to read and write basic SQL queries.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript for troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with JSON, XML, CSV, CSS.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support to publishers in account management, troubleshooting, and configuration changes.
• Assist onboarding of new publishers, ensuring successful integration using publisher journey workflow.
• Manage tasks via internal ticketing systems and document progress.
• Become proficient in internal and external systems such as UI support portal, Confluence, Looker, and other tools.
• Engage with clients through email, tickets, and video calls; attend QBRs as requested to support relationships.
• Stay informed on product releases and internal procedures through training.
• Contribute to internal documentation and best practices.
