Ideal candidates have 2+ years in digital advertising or tech, strong web/API skills, and the ability to translate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Digital Advertising or Technology.
• Expertise in troubleshooting across Ads ecosystem (Graph API, Ads Manager, Conversions API).
• Experience translating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience troubleshooting advertising technologies (pixels, ad servers, delivery).
• Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP).
• Experience with SQL and RESTful APIs.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical point of contact for external clients and internal partners.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across ads measurement and delivery tooling.
• Provide best-practice guidance on implementing and maintaining advertising solutions.
• Investigate escalations using logs/data/API calls; reproduce issues and propose fixes.
