Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Ads Solutions in Seattle. You will own relationships with a portfolio of advertisers, guiding onboarding and launches while driving adoption of our ads products.

You’ll analyze performance data to deliver actionable recommendations and collaborate cross-functionally to improve the advertiser experience and platform value. The role blends relationship management, strategy, and execution in a hybrid Seattle setting.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in digital advertising, account management, customer success, consulting or related client-facing role.
• Experience managing advertiser or agency relationships in a platform/adtech environment.
• Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
• Experience with data querying (SQL) and spreadsheet tools.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with a portfolio of advertising partners, serving as primary contact.
• Guide advertisers through onboarding and campaign launches to drive adoption of OpenAI’s ads products.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to expand partnerships through increased product adoption and investment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Analytics, Policy, and Operations to resolve issues and enhance value.
• Surface advertiser feedback to inform product improvements and long-term strategy.
• Help build scalable processes and best practices for advertiser growth.
