Addison Group in Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced ADP Workforce Now Consultant to support a Paycom-to-ADP transition. This contract role involves taking ownership of priorities, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with HR, payroll, and the ADP implementation team to drive a go-live.

The ideal candidate has hands-on ADP Workforce Now experience, strong HR/payroll process knowledge, and the ability to assess an existing project and define next steps.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, ideally 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Part-time availability may be considered for the right consultant.

About The Company:

Our client is an established organization undergoing a significant HR and payroll technology transition. They are seeking an experienced consultant to provide hands-on expertise during the transition to ADP Workforce Now.

Job Description:

The ADP Workforce Now Consultant will provide hands-on support for an active HRIS implementation as the organization transitions from Paycom to ADP Workforce Now. This person will step into an existing project, evaluate the current implementation, identify outstanding issues, and help coordinate the work necessary to reach a successful go-live.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with HR, payroll, and the ADP implementation team and can quickly take ownership of priorities, troubleshoot challenges, and keep the implementation moving forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review the current ADP Workforce Now implementation and determine what remains outstanding.
• Help establish priorities and organize remaining implementation activities.
• Partner with HR and payroll leadership to resolve system and configuration issues.
• Coordinate with ADP representatives to address open implementation items.
• Provide subject-matter expertise around ADP Workforce Now configuration and functionality.
• Assist with the transition from Paycom to ADP Workforce Now.
• Help prepare HR and payroll teams for the upcoming go-live.
• Identify potential implementation roadblocks and recommend solutions.
• Provide hands-on support during go-live and the initial transition period.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now implementations.
• Strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now configuration and HR/payroll processes.
• Previous experience supporting an HRIS implementation or system transition.
• Ability to quickly assess an existing project and determine next steps.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of project priorities.
• Experience with Paycom is preferred but not required.

Additional Details:

• Remote candidates will be considered.
• No travel is required.
• Full-time availability is preferred, but part-time arrangements may be considered.
• ADP go-live is currently targeted for early January.
• Initial assignment is expected to continue through the end of January, with the possibility of extension.
• Candidates should be available to start as soon as possible.
