Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company, Skunk Works, is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to bridge design engineering and production for advanced aerospace hardware. You will lead manufacturing engineering activities, drive process improvements, and support a 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 4pm–2:30am) on the factory floor.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years in manufacturing engineering, possess systems engineering know-how, and can obtain a secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in aerospace, defense, or high-tech hardware.
• Technical lead on design reviews, process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance per business requirements Desired Skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree or coursework in Model-Based Engineering (MBE) or Systems Engineering.
• 5-8 years of professional experience related to role.
• Influencing decisions without formal authority
• Understanding of the Systems Engineering V-Model, requirements flow-down, and verification & validation (V&V) processes. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
