Job summary

PharmaEssentia Innovation Research Center (PIRC) in Bedford, Massachusetts, seeks an experienced HRIS and Benefits Specialist to manage day-to-day ADP administration and employee benefits operations for a growing team of 45+ employees.

Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, this part-time contract role will require independent handling of data, benefit programs, and coordination with vendors, ensuring timely processing and compliant practices across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ADP administration and HRIS experience required.
• Experience with benefits enrollment, COBRA, leaves, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day ADP administrator, maintaining records and processing changes.
• Own benefits administration, including enrollments, life events, and terminations.
• Document procedures, resolve issues, and provide weekly updates to the Senior HR Manager.
• Support open enrollment and reconcile invoices with Finance.
