PharmaEssentia U.S.A. is seeking an experienced HRIS and Benefits Specialist for the PharmaEssentia Innovation Research Center (PIRC) in Bedford, MA.

This six-month contract role reports to the Senior HR Manager and focuses on ADP administration and benefits operations for a growing team of ~45 employees. The role requires hands-on ADP setup and benefits management, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, ACA; prior experience with a small biotech or life sciences organization is

Qualifications

• Hands-on ADP Workforce Now administration
• Experience owning employee benefits administration
• Knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, ACA reporting, and Massachusetts leave benefits

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day ADP administrator and manage records, onboarding and offboarding
• Administer benefits enrollment, vendor coordination, and premium processing
• Coordinate open enrollment and reconcile invoices and reports
• Maintain compliance calendars and documentation
