Hawaiian Humane Society in Honolulu is seeking an Adoptions Manager to oversee all adoptions operations, including the adoptions retail store, and ensure high-quality customer service and compliant procedures.

The role includes supervising staff, managing off-site adoption efforts, maintaining adoption area welfare, and driving improvements to operational effectiveness while meeting budget targets.

Competenze

• Must have excellent customer service skills including verbal, written and computer skills.
• Must be able to competently perform cash, computer, licensing, and paperwork transactions.

• Manage day-to-day department staff supervision including scheduling and training.
• Develop and implement adoption programs and promotions.
• Oversee adoptions both on-site and off-site; support off-site events.
• Maintain budget adherence and report statistics for the adoptions department.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety and organizational standards.
