Job summary

• Cash handling, accurate transactions, balancing the till.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer all phone calls and voicemails for the licensing extension.
• Process all mail-in, online, and walk-in license applications and payments; issue license tags.
• Maintain updated records for pet and owner accounts.
• Maintain licensing files and applications.
• Issue reminders for Enthusiast and Hobbyist licenses with follow-up.
• Run reports in ShelterBuddy and PetTrack; import data between systems.
• Perform adoption counseling and complete paperwork for adopted animals.
