• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and take rapid, accurate notes and enter into database during high call volume.

Responsibilities

• Maintains neat and organized files related to animal information and outcomes.
• Updates animal profiles and memos routinely and accurately to provide the best possible information for accurate files.
• Process adoptions and help animals find their forever homes.
• Assist with animal licensing.
• Assist with animal intakes.
• Explains to dog owners how fees will be collected.
