Position Summary

Reporting to the Shelter Operations Supervisor, the Adoption Services Representative will be responsible for helping customers by providing information, resources, and services information.

Responsibilities

• Help match pets with people
• Provide medical and behavior history
• Process Adoptions
• Answer phones and reply to emails
• Provide service and resource information for the public
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records

Hours of Operation

REQUIRED SHIFTS: Thursday 2:30 PM - 7:00 PM and Saturday 11:30 AM - 5:00 PM
