Qualifications

• Per Section 5153.112 of the Ohio Revised Code, a degree in human services-related studies or equivalent work experience is required.
• Employment may require completion of a job-related bachelor’s degree within five years for Options 2–4.
• Applicants must have a valid driver's license and complete required training hours.

Responsibilities

• Review case records, assess readiness for adoption, and identify potential matches for children.
• Plan and implement foster-adoption recruitment activities, increasing public awareness and regional outreach.
• Maintain case records, collaborate with supervision, and participate in required trainings and meetings.

Education

Bachelor's degree in human services-related studies
