Job summary

Oracle Health is seeking an Adoption Coach to deliver end-user support during product implementations. You will work onsite with medical professionals, guiding adoption of new features and optimizing workflows.

The role requires frequent travel, weekend/night coverage, and a customer-first mindset to drive successful deployments. Candidates should have a healthcare/education or customer support background, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and be prepared to travel up to 100% while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years equivalent experience (Healthcare, sciences, information systems, or customer support preferred).
• Availability to travel 100% (weekly).
• Must reside within 60 miles of a major US airport and have a valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time, at-the-elbow support to assist end users with new product functionality during Oracle Health implementations.
• Assist end users with front-end configurations to optimize workflows and adoption.
• Identify and surface process, workflow, and technical questions to project teams.
• Facilitate bi-directional feedback to improve communication and issue resolution during implementations.
• Provide feedback to stakeholders on system adoption and utilization.
• Cultivate client relationships to achieve adoption objectives and execute adoption/optimization plans.
• Complete assigned trainings and product certifications as required.
