Qualifications

• Oklahoma RN or LPN license required.
• CMS and Oklahoma regulatory standards knowledge.
• First Aid and CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Maintain residents' health and wellbeing.
• Serve as main contact between residents and families.
• Oversee and supervise nursing staff and develop care plans.
• Ensure unit compliance with regulatory standards and policies.
• Collaborate with Director of Nursing, NPs and physicians.
