The role entails supervising Nurse Aides, scheduling, payroll coordination, and ensuring regulatory compliance while prioritizing resident care and staff development. RN licensure is required; this is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• One-year certificate from college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Active RN license required.
• Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises Nurse Aides and other staff; assigns work and evaluates performance.
• Enter schedules into Paycor and manage payroll processes.
• Develops and enforces department policies and CQI initiatives.
• Ensure resident care quality and staffing levels meet needs.
• Maintain resident records and ensure confidentiality of information.
