Job summary
Wilshire Rehab and Healthcare center is seeking an ADON- Assistant Director of Nursing/ Unit Manager to assist the Director of Nursing Services in managing Nursing Services at our skilled nursing facility.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be goal-oriented, and strive for excellence in patient care. A Missouri-licensed RN/LPN is required, with competitive pay, PTO from day 1, and a comprehensive benefits package offered.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of legal regulations and best practices in healthcare.
- Ability to lead and develop personnel.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Experience with MDS data entry and submission.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Nursing Services areas and staff performance.
- Oversee quality assurance activities.
- Ensure timely MDS data entry and submission.
- Manage nursing staffing and payroll preparation.
- Oversee resident incident reporting and abuse investigations.
- Act for Director of Nursing Services in their absence.
