Job summary

Wilshire Rehab and Healthcare center is seeking an ADON- Assistant Director of Nursing/ Unit Manager to assist the Director of Nursing Services in managing Nursing Services at our skilled nursing facility.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be goal-oriented, and strive for excellence in patient care. A Missouri-licensed RN/LPN is required, with competitive pay, PTO from day 1, and a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of legal regulations and best practices in healthcare.
• Ability to lead and develop personnel.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Experience with MDS data entry and submission.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Nursing Services areas and staff performance.
• Oversee quality assurance activities.
• Ensure timely MDS data entry and submission.
• Manage nursing staffing and payroll preparation.
• Oversee resident incident reporting and abuse investigations.
• Act for Director of Nursing Services in their absence.

• Resident accident/incident reporting and resident abuse investigations.
• In the absence of the Director of Nursing Services, the Assistant Director of Nursing Services, manages Nursing Services.
