Eastern Health Group, a family of skilled nursing facilities and rehabilitation centers, is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) / Staff Development Coordinator (SDC) to lead the nursing team in the absence of the director and ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of employment.
• Minimum two years of recent supervisory experience in a nursing care facility.
• Infection Preventionist certificate preferred.
• Assist in organizing, developing and directing the Nursing Service Department operations.

Responsibilities

• Help hire, train, teach, and monitor nurses.
• Manage clinical operations and develop care plans.
• Assist in budget preparation and expense management.
• Conduct patient rounds and address complaints.
• Train and educate staff.
