Job summary
Edgewood Manor Health care center seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to supervise the nursing team, ensure quality patient care, and enforce regulatory compliance. Qualifications
- Unencumbered RN license in state of practice with prior DON/ADON experience
- Experience with MDS/Care Plans and regulatory compliance
- Willingness to work with elderly residents and behavior management
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and healthcare systems
Responsibilities
