Job summary

Maristone of Franklin is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to oversee nursing operations, ensure quality resident care, and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations. The ADON will supervise direct care staff, analyze KPIs, coordinate with the DON, and maintain resident records in the YARDI EMR system, while fostering a compassionate, professional care environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care or health care.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory/management experience with direct care staff.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Demonstrates sound judgment and effective communication with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and implement nursing policies and procedures reflecting current standards and regulations.
• Manage and analyze processes, KPIs and clinical data for optimal performance.
• Communicate and interpret policies to nursing staff and monitor implementation.
• Conduct assessments suggesting level of care as directed by the DON.
• Maintain up-to-date resident clinical data in the EMR (YARDI).
• Oversee nursing operations in DON's absence and supervise direct reports.
